'100 TO 1 CHALLENGE This weeks WOW comes in the form of a short challenge to test your fitness, core strength and muscular endurance. Starting at 100 the reps drop by 10 with every change of exercise right down to 10 then finishing with just 1. The idea is that you aim to get through the whole thing as quickly as you can and with as few stops as possible. EQUIPMENT: N.A TIME: ?? Notes: This is put together in a very specific order so that the exercises that are higher repping are easier and different areas of the body are focused at different times so take a minute or so to memorise the order prior to starting. Use a stop watch to time the challenge and try to beat your own score if you feel like you could complete it again. It will be tough, dig deep and push through but as always be safe and take a breather if really needed! Instructions: Perform the exercises in the exact order shown, starting at 100 then 90, 80 and so on until just 1 tuck jump burpee.
